Who or What is a User?
A user is a staff member or item (i.e. tanning bed) that needs to be available for appointments. Administrators are also users.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You will not be penalized for ending your subscription at any point. We offer a month-to-month subscription fee. No long-term commitment is required.

What types of payment does 24hrAssistant accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard and charges are in Canadian funds. You do not need to enter your credit card for a free trial.

Cancellation Policy
Send us an email or phone call stating you wish to cancel your service. We will stop your billing for the next pay period. No questions asked.
